Are You a Medium?

Many of us grew up in some kind of religion whether it was catholic, baptist, pentecostal or evangelist.  No matter what religion you grew up in or believe in there is one common focus in each religion which is God, the universe, the almighty.  Is God a spirit?  yes he is.  It is unclear as to whether God is a male or female, so I will refer to him as a he as I believe in. 

If you ever read the bible God walked around healing people just by saying a few words.  He healed the sick just by laying hands on the ill.  We do not see God but we believe in him.  We believe in something that we can not touch or see in the phsycial realm as you would a human being.  Do      you think God was a medium? 

The same way God healed people and did miracles, we also have those same gifts.  Not everyone use their spiritual gifts in a positive and good way.  Have you ever felt that something was wrong?  Have you ever walked down the street and felt something pull you the opposite direction or hear a little voice tell you do not walk down that way it is trouble, go the other way?  These are little signs that you have one or a few spiritual guides accompanying you.

Do you pray, meditate and are in tune with the universe?  Do you get a premonition that something is going to go wrong?  These are all attributes of a type of medium.  There are different types of mediums.  The more you pray and meditate and seek the unknown the more will be revealed to you.

In my spiritual journey, I developed my psychic or medium abilities rather quickly.  It was a transformation that was just indescribable.  The spiritual doctrine as explained by one the best teachers that ever lived was Allan Kardec.  He has written many books on spiritualism, mediumship and the world of spirits.

If you ever seen a black shadow pass you by or felt the hairs on the back of your neck stand up when you felt some kind of presence around you, then you are a medium.  There are so many that do not realize the gifts they possess or how to evolve as a medium.

Each and every one of us was given spiritual gifts in order to evolve in the physical and spiritual world.  To help and teach others and to spread the word of peace and love.  Doing God's work because we are his soldiers in the army.  As a medium, your spirit guides will also give you lessons and a deeper understanding of the whys and why certain things did not happen.  The spiritual world is a beautiful thing and I have seen some gorgeous things but I have also seen the ugly and evil things.

Being a medium, you have insight into many aspects of the spiritual world and the gifts you have were meant to be used in a good and positive way.  Not just for yourself but to help spread the word, to assist others in their spiritual journey's and help those non-believers believe.

Did you know that your spirit/soul travels at night?  Your spirit travels the spiritual world while attached to an umbilical cord.  If it feels you are about to wake up the spirit rushes back to the body.  Have you ever woke up extremely tired or drained?  It is because your spirit has been traveling all night.  You wake up and think you had a particular dream, but in reality, your spirit or soul was there, however, the spirit/soul are not allowed to disclose to you in the human form many things.  Every now and then you will get a glimpse.  Have you ever felt you had what many call ESP?  It is because you were there, you already lived that life and did those things.  Your spirit once embodied in human form will have no recollection of the past lives the spirit has lived.

If you pray and meditate and see things, you are not crazy.  You are actually seeing those things.  Spirits travel all over the place.  They are all around us. As a medium we are like a sponge and absorb all the spiritual energy.  Have you ever been around a certain person and feel their energy?  Does the back of your neck tend to get heavy as though you are carrying a bag of rocks?  Have you ever noticed going to a particular place or being around a particular person and all of a sudden you get this terrible headache?  It is because we are sucking up the energy in a particular environment or of a particular person.

Spiritual practice and being committed to yourself is what it takes.  Practice on a daily basis praying and meditating.  When you pray you are talking to god and when you meditate God is talking to you.  You are connected to the source that will provide you with the knowledge and understanding of who you are, what is your mission and will guide you down that path.  However, I must warn you that as a medium it is not all peaches and creams.  There are many that are aware of their special gifts, however, choose to do wrong doing.  Beware!!

Types of Mediums:

Psychic Medium - a medium that has the ability to hear and communicate with the spirits.

Channeler - a medium that allows the spirits to manipulate their body, voice and thoughts.  The spirit uses the human body to communicate with others and/or participate in a healing or seance.

Clairvoyance - a paranormal mode of perception, which results in a visual image presented to the conscious mind.

Clair audience - clear hearing of voices subconsciously generated and externalized in auditory perception.

Allan Kardec instructs us as follows:

"The first requirement is to work towards self-cleansing (morally and ethically), so that the healthy fluids to be transmitted are not modified. This requisite cannot be achieved without complete lack of material and moral interests. The first is easier, and the second more rare, for pride and selfishness are difficult feelings to uproot and several causes contribute to their super stimulation among the mediums."

Spiritual Gifts

Are you feeling stuck?  Do you feel as though their is something missing from your life?  You have it all, a house, a career, kids, husband, etc. but you feel this emptiness inside.  If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you may want to consider some spiritual guidance.  Tapping into your spiritual energy will transform your life!!

Tapping into your spiritual side will remove blockage that is preventing you from experiencing true happiness, feeling bliss and know where you are and where you are going.  Your life will change for the better and you will be surprised as to what you can accomplish.  I will try to keep it simple and explain the best way for you to have an understanding.  Spiritualism is very deep, however, it is the way to go in order to find peace, feel loved, grow as a person as a human being among much much more.

You may find being human is a difficult thing to be.  In reality, it can be so simple, however, many of you are raised in certain beliefs and religion.  That is fine and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that.  No matter what your belief system is or what religion you grew up in the common denominator is spirit.  Each human being is a spiritual being.  Each and every individual has a mission and a purpose for being on earth.

You have to really understand spirituality on a deeper level.  Did you know that you have lived your life already?  Did you know you chose the life you are currently living?  Hard to believe huh?  Well, there is a reason and a purpose.  As spiritual beings our main goal is to perfect your spirit or soul to become like your creator.  The creator is love, spirit and we are all a spitting image of him/her.  However, because of your sins, you have been given the opportunity by grace to perfect your spirit.  You chose your life and your parents.  Do you feel like you are living a life of hell and suffering and say to yourself "why would I choose that life?."  Well, it is real simple, it is in that life that you will learn how to have faith, believe that their is a higher power.  It is then that you will learn how to forgive your mother whom may have been an enemy in a past life.  In this situation, you have to learn how to forgive and love your mother, no matter what. 

Another aspect is being in touch with your creator.  How do you do that?  You do that by developing a spiritual practice.  On a daily basis, you will take time out and meditate and pray.  You have to sit still and quiet the mind.  In doing this, you are actually connecting to the source.  Think of it as you are an outlet and you need to turn on the light bulb.  How do you turn on the light bulb?  You have to plug yourself into an outlet.  That outlet is the universe or a higher power other known as your creator.

When I first started, I had no idea what spirit guides were and I learned so much but more importantly, I practiced it on a daily basis.  I religiously went to a special church on Fridays and there I found peace, I learned what spirit guides were and got to meet my spirit guides.  Spirit guides are invisble friends that are assigned to you to help you on your spiritual journey.  After a while, I noticed how my life began to transform slowly.  All these great things were happening to me and I felt such happiness that I just could not describe.  I found my passion, I learned how to deal with guilt, anger, resentment and my faith just grew and grew beyond words.  Helping others to clear the path and teach them how to start their journey was very fulfilling to me.

I share from my own experiences and I must tell you I just can not find the right words to describe the beauty of spirituality.  When a bad situation happens, I learned to analyze it.  I did not look at it as though the universe or God has let me down.  I learned when one door closes another opens.  I learned when I pray for something I had to be patient and if I did not get it, I was not mad, I knew that was not for me.  There was something better for me waiting, there was another door I had to go through.  Recognizing the signs and listening to my spirit guides whom I love very much.  They have never steered me wrong.

Helping people discover their gifts and helping them transform their lives has brought me pleasure.  I will share a story with you.  First, I just want to be clear that I do not do magic nor claim to do magic of any kind but a vehicle for the universe to utilize in whatever way to help another human being.  There was a young couple who were very nice and use to go to this church every Friday.  The young lady was trying to have a child for sometime, however, for some reason she could not get pregnant.  She came to me one day and asked me if I can do a spiritual healing on her.  I kindly accepted.  Before I laid hands on her, I prayed for the universe to use me in this moment and that the healing powers of the universe flow through me in order to help this young lady.  As I prayed, I felt this warm feeling come over me and I felt my spirit guides next to  me as well.  The healing began and I worked with her for about half an hour.  Approximately, two months later the young lady contacted me screaming and yelling and thanking me because she was pregnant.  Nine months later she contacted me again to tell me that she had a boy and she was so grateful to me for helping her.

I share this story in order to show you how the universe works and an understanding that you all have special gifts that you do not even know you have.  Spiritual Cleansing, House Cleansing, Negative Energy, Praying and Meditating play a huge part in all of this.  We all have energy whether it is positive or negative.  However, you want to maintain a positive attitude at all times and not allow the negative energy take over your mind, body and soul.
